The conference is organized by the Faculty of Management of the Southern Federal University, Plekhanov Russian University of Economics, V.N. Tatishchev Astrakhan State University, Don State Technical University, Tomsk State University (TSU), Institute of Serbian Culture, Taishan University, Harbin Financial University, Henan Technical Institute, Shandong Transport University.

The conference "Sustainable and Innovative Development in the Digital Global Space" has already become a well-known event in the academic and business community. Every year the status of the event increases, the number of conference participants increases, and the geography expands.

The conference was moderated by Marina Charaeva, Doctor of Economics, Professor, Acting Head of the Department of Theory and Technology in Management of the Faculty of Management of the Southern Federal University and Igor Molchanov, Doctor of Economics, Professor of the Faculty of Economics of Lomonosov Moscow State University, Professor of the Department of Public Finance of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, member of the Public Council under the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation. They noted the importance and relevance of the issues under discussion.

The conference is held on the eve of the tenth anniversary of the Faculty of Management of the Southern Federal University and the 30th anniversary of management education at the Southern Federal University.

Anatoly Metelitsa, Vice-Rector for Scientific and Research Activities of the Southern Federal University, addressed the conference participants with a welcoming speech on behalf of the Rector of the Southern Federal University:

He noted that the development of the economy, social sphere and space requires the development of a state policy that stimulates sustainable innovation, stimulating and limiting artificial intelligence technologies is an important topic that requires discussion and careful solution of emerging problems. He also expressed hope for successful cooperation with the participants of the conference.

Professor, Head of the Department of Management and Business at the Institute of Economics and Business of the Russian-Armenian (Slavic) In his welcoming speech, Arzik Suvaryan also expressed hope for cooperation with the Southern Federal University in the implementation of educational programs in the field of management and strategic management.

Viktor Ovchinnikov, Scientific Director of the Faculty of Management of the Southern Federal University, Professor of the Department of Management of the Development of Spatial and Economic Systems, addressed the conference participants with a parting message. He stressed that the conference promotes scientific mutual enrichment and wished the participants fruitful work.

The conference participants and invited guests made presentations, discussing various issues in the field of economic development of our country, in the management sphere, and experts also considered the prospects for digitalization in Russia.

On March 23, the conference continued as part of the Youth Day "Economics and Management through the eyes of young scientists". Applications for participation in the Youth Day of the Conference were submitted by graduate students, undergraduates and students from universities in Russia and Belarus, representing Southern Federal University, Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, Don State Technical University, Rostov State University of Economics (RINH), Donetsk National University of Economics and Trade named after Mikhail Tugan-Baranovsky, Belarusian State University, Vitebsk State Technological University.

Young scientists raised topical issues of enterprise management, the use of artificial intelligence technologies in transport systems and the financial market, issues of investing and financing companies in modern conditions.

According to the results of the Youth Day, the winners and prize-winners were determined:

1st place: Sofia Hristova (SFedU), Roman Agurenko (RSEU (RINH)), topic of the report "Promising areas of management development in a changing world".

2nd place: Diana Aji (SFedU), topic of the report "Application of artificial intelligence technologies in the financial market: current state and development trends".

3rd place: Daniil Shurmelev (Russian State Economic University (RINH)), topic of the report "Assessment of the effectiveness of the dividend policy of Russian issuers".
