During the official meeting with SFedU Rector ad interim Inna Schevchenko and Acting Vice-Rector for Innovation Activities and International Cooperation Evgeny Mukhanov, the parties discussed academic cooperation between Russia and Finland, as well as the questions of academic mobility and youth cultural exchange with the universities of Finland. After the official meeting, Mikko Hautala delivered an open lecture « Modern Finland: Why are Finns the happiest people in the world? ».
