The right to receive scholarship goes to 3-4 year bachelor students from humanities, social sciences and economic departments. The scholarship is equal to 7 thousand rubles.

Besides that, the fund allocated 72 places for 1-2 year master students in humanities who will also have to undergo a competition held by SFedU.
